Reservations may be made at the Canyons Resort by calling their reservations center at

. A one night deposit is required for the reservation at the time of booking. There is a group of hotel rooms reserved for Friday, September 21, 2007 at the Sundial Lodge and Grand Summit Hotel. Mention that you are with the University of Utah 3rd Annual Mountain West Biomedical Engineering Conference or the
group number 25C6NH
. The Canyons Resort will take your registration fee and your hotel room deposit. The registration fee covers the food, and conference fee. Reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Credit Cards accepted are Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Diners Club. A late fee of $50 will be added to all registrations after August 6.

Please be sure to request “Mountain West Conference” discounted rates when making reservations. When you make your reservation with the Canyons they will take your payment information for your conference fee (inclding opening reception, breakfast, and lunch) and your hotel room deposit.
All hotel reservations must be made by August 6th to obtain conference discounted group rates. A late fee of $50 will be added to all registrations after August 6.
