Summer Activities
The conference will begin with a keynote speech on Friday September 21, followed by platform and poster sessions from Saturday, September 22. Please plan to stay for the entire meeting. The full schedule can be found on the

The Location
The Third Annual Mountain West Biomedical Engineering conference will take place at the
Grand Summit Hotel
in Park City, Utah. The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel, a AAA Four-Diamond resort, rises from the heart of the resort village at The Canyons. Please be sure to request “Mountain West Conference” discounted rates when making reservations. When you make your reservation with the Canyons they will take your payment information for your conference fee (inclding opening reception, breakfast, and lunch) and your hotel room deposit.
All hotel reservations must be made by August 6th to obtain conference discounted group rates. A late fee of $50 will be added to all registrations after August 6.
