Onsite registration by cash or check will be available Friday and Saturday, September 5-6 at the registration desk.

The Biomedical Engineering Department will be covering registration fees for conference sponsors, University of Utah Department of Biomedical Engineering (presenters , first-year graduate students, and volunteers). Please use the online registration below to let us know you will be attending. The Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry will be paying half of their student’s registration who are presenting a poster or a podium. . A one night deposit is required for the reservation at the time of booking and final payment will be due at checkout. There is a group of hotel rooms reserved for Friday, September 5, 2007 at the Sundial Lodge, Grand Summit Hotel, and Silverado Lodge. Your rooms must be reserved by July 22, 2008 to ensure availability, after this date rooms may be reserved based on available space. Mention that you are with the University of Utah 4th Annual Mountain West Biomedical Engineering Conference. Reservations must be cancelled more than (7) days prior to arrival to avoid forfeit charges of one nights lodging. Credit Cards accepted are Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Diners Club.
