Dr. Andreae is interested in investigating and addressing social and environmental determinants of health and their impact on equitable perioperative process and outcomes. He integrates quantitative methods, [exploring the impact of race and pollution on outcomes in large electronic health registries], and quantitative methods [leveraging simulation to understand prejudice in the relationship between clinicians and patients].
