Overview

The Biomedical Engineering BS/MS Dual Degree program allows undergraduate students to enroll in BS and MS classes concurrently and streamline their application process for Graduate School.  BS/MS program students must begin their graduate study at the beginning of their senior undergraduate year before registering for the Thesis I course.  Students should apply to the department by the last semester of their junior year.

Application Deadlines

April 1st for Fall Semester Department Admission

November 1st for Spring Semester Department Admission

After being admitted to the BS/MS Dual Degree program by the Biomedical Engineering department, students must also formally apply to the Graduate School for “Graduate Status” by submitting a “SLATE” online application no later than the semester in which they complete a maximum of 12 credit hours of graduate-level courses (5000+).
