Minna Wang, an undergraduate BME student made this video to describe her experience in BME at the University of Utah.
She was also on a winning team in the 2014 Bench to Bedside (B2B) competition – a program designed to introduce medical students, engineering students and business students to the world of medical device innovation. Her team designed a product called “CHIMP” which integrates mobile technology and cultural information to prepare providers for patient interaction, beginning in emergency rooms. They won the B2B Sex & Gender award.
