We caught up with a few of our graduating seniors to find out what their experience was like and to learn about where they’re headed next.

Tell me a little bit about yourself.
I like to go fly fishing and skydiving on the weekends. Today I have around 160 jumps and my hope is to transition to a wing suit over the summer. I enjoy reading books on entrepreneurship and investing because I hope to start my own businesses when I grow older.
Where are you headed after graduation?
I will be attending the University of Utah School of Dentistry.
Why BME?
I had no clue what I wanted to do. I considered being an MD, a Ph.D., a regular engineer, or even going into pharmacy. This was a career that I knew would build a good foundation for any of those paths.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their college career?
I would explain that grades are important but there’s not really a difference between a 4.0 and a 3.7.
